Back to routine
So the busy weeks have come to an end slowly but I still need to make another trip south but that won't stop me from starting my morning exercises! Training starts at 6am. Getting up early is one training and then slowly begin cardio and light weight training. I cannot keep being run over time and stress. I must regain control and continue my healthy living and get back to my active lifestyle! So there I said it and shall remain true to my words! I've pondered long and hard enough to push myself to get back in shape as no one will ever push me to gain back my up beat lifestyle :) so goodnight and goodbye lazy ass!!
